The Global Partnership Program provides the following opportunities: Establishing UNIDO Focal Point - National Center for Enterprise Performance Improvement providing training and consulting for entrepreneurs, Introducing, promoting and implementing of capacity building programmes for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, Enhancing existing consulting and training services for enterprises, Distributing UNIDO Business Performance Management, Mesurement and Benchmarking Software for entrepreneurs as official partner or associate, Accessing distributor discounts for purchasing UNIDO software and training arrangements for reselling. Implementing and enhancing various business support services such as diagnostics, benchmarking, strategic planning and continuous improvement.
Business collaboration may include joint projects such as group training in Vienna or locally, preparing proposals for national and international funding, making affordable package of educational software for entrepreneurs, running capacity building / upgrading / modernization projects, applying UNIDO methodology and PHAROS software suites into existing training and consulting activities, running awareness seminars, developing educational applications in vocational training, further and higher education. The training programmes can be adjusted to requirements of large national and international corporations targeting improvements of their local suppliers in performance, productivity, quality and managerial capacity.
